RAVIOLI WITH BRAISED LEEKS

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Mazola oil to bake
50 grams bacon
1 onion
500 gram Leeks
1 great canned ravioli in a hot meat sauce á la Bolognese.

Instructions

Cut the bacon and onion into pieces.

Let the oil be hot in a saucepan, add the bacon and onion pieces and fry them golden brown.

Wash the leek thoroughly, cut it fine, put it in the pan and let it stew almost everything.

Add the ravioli and heat all together until the dish is completely cooked.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.
