LENTIL DISH WITH KIDNEYS
For 3-4 portions
Ingredients

2 onions
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 Pig-kidneys
Salt
Pepper
1.1/4 litres of water
1 packet of Maggi-lentil dish
Approx. 2 tablespoons vinegar
Some sugar.

Instructions

Cut the onions into small pieces and choke them in the oil.

Cut the pre well rinsed pig-kidneys into thin slices and roast them with it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put the water in it and the contents of the packet of lentil dish (preparation according to prescription on the packet).

Finally, prepare the dish with the vinegar and the sweet-sour sugar to taste.
