Babi Ketjap with Orange
Main course for 4 persons
Ingredients

1 bag of 2S0 gram Conimex Wok noodles
400 gram Gammon
3 oranges
1 bag Conimex Boemboe for Babiketjap
600 grams Chineese Wok Vegetables
2 tsp Curry Massala
3 tbsp soy sauce
Sunflower oil

Instructions

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut the meat into pieces. Press 2 oranges out.

Peel the other orange and divide into wedges. Cut the wedges each into 4 pieces.

Heat a wok, add a dash of oil and stir fry the meat 5 min.

Add the Boemboe and the orange juice.

Mix well and let it simmer for 5 min. Heat the appetizers pan.

Add a dash of oil and stir fry the vegetables 5 min. Add the curry powder and wok it 1 min. with it.

Then Wok the noodles and soy sauce 2 min. with it. Stir the orange pieces through the Babi soy sauce. Divide the noodles and babi soy sauce over 4 plates.
